Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Automotive sector. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development and client referral objectives by actively cross-selling and referring customers
  • Handle incoming phone calls proficiently
  • Manage written business correspondence
  • Provide exceptional, courteous customer service promptly

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a goal-oriented, customer-focused setting preferred
  • Capacity to simplify intricate issues and develop solutions
  • Proficiency in customer service and office administration
  • Strong grasp of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Background in conducting thorough research to resolve complex customer queries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Aptitude to navigate various computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools efficiently
  • Positive demeanor and a professional, engaging attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with internal/external partners, as well as clients/customers
  • Proven knowledge of automobile insurance
  • Preferred experience in Dynamic CRM
  • Preferred background in Administrative Assistance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Prior customer service experience highly valued
  • Thorough understanding of CRM principles
