Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our dealerships, responsible for managing incoming calls, assisting visitors, handling general inquiries, and performing general administrative duties with professionalism and warmth. Your role is crucial in maintaining an organized and friendly environment, ensuring seamless operations within our dealerships.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with poise
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with office equipment and software
  • Understanding of the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points
