Job Summary:

The Technical Support Analyst will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and Internet services.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
