Position Overview

The role of the Office Administrative Assistant at Nirwan Real Estate Ltd. involves providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position is crucial for maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance office functionality.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines that promote productivity.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure effective time management.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
  • Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information for reporting purposes.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other important documents.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage the digital database to ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support and assistance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
