About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and control inventory, food costs, and labor levels to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the fast food industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
