Job Summary:
Nadracardcentre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to maximize their potential.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.
- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Extensive sales and management experience.
- Leadership and Industry Knowledge: Strong leadership and industry knowledge.
- Strategic Thinking and Financial Acumen: Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: Adaptability to changing market conditions.
- GDPR Knowledge: Applicant should have GDPR knowledge.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
Desirable Qualification: A candidate with previous Nadra knowledge will be more desirable.
