As a specialist in this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team based in Montreal, working in tandem with management across the USA. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing the underlying causes of issues to mitigate risks and enhance operational processes.

  • Detect and rectify discrepancies within KYC procedures
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders and offer insights on control measures
  • Enhance data integrity and establish metrics for global uniformity
  • Support audit and regulatory inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Understanding of client lifecycle management and AML/KYC/BSA regulations
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is essential.

Effective collaboration with colleagues in the United States necessitates strong English communication skills.
