Job Title: General Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our sales team as a General Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and execute sales programs and promotions to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
