Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for administering various compensation programs, including calculating incentive awards and required accruals, executing merit planning, and managing market analysis. You will also be responsible for designing and developing program materials and education programs aimed at delivering exceptional communication and understanding of various compensation programs to various stakeholders across HR and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer various compensation programs, including calculating incentive awards and required accruals, executing merit planning, and managing market analysis.
  • Design and develop program materials and education programs aimed at delivering exceptional communication and understanding of various compensation programs to various stakeholders across HR and the business.
  • Continuously improve, integrate technology, and process improvement opportunities with respect to Total Reward program processes.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with HR Systems, Communications, Payroll Operations, and HR Business Partners for the implementation and delivery of compensation programs.
  • Manage and prepare analytical Compensation insights for senior leadership, including Senior Management and Human Resources Committee.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated success in similar roles.
  • Experience with compensation programs and practices.
  • Experience with analytical methods and articulating HR Insights through data.
  • CHRP, CCP, or other compensation/HR certifications or in pursuit preferred.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Payfactors.
  • Experienced team leader, adept at empowering team members, facilitating collaboration, and developing talent.
