Job Title: Server, Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Waterford, a retirement living residence in Tsawwassen. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests in the dining room and lounges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests
  • Prepare and serve food, beverages, and accompaniments
  • Deliver and pick up trays from resident suites as required
  • Carry out general cleaning duties and routines
  • Maintain a clean and tidy preparation and service area
  • Provide tableside meal service with an understanding of meal textures
Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year serving experience, preferably in a residential care setting
  • Food Safe Certificate required
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
