Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Tasty Indian Bistro, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials.
  • Order Management: Take customer orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and handle payments through various methods including cash, credit or debit cards.
  • Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a tidy dining environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible service atmosphere.
  • Sales Management: Balance cash and record sales accurately to ensure financial integrity.
Work Environment

This position is set in a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and communication are key to success.

Qualifications
