Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kumon - Brandon. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Office Activities
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Develop and Implement Office ProceduresEstablish and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage Administrative TasksAssist with scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and performing data entry tasks.
Provide Excellent Customer ServiceRespond to customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain Accurate RecordsEnsure that all records and documents are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
Collaborate with the Marketing DepartmentWork closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Perform Basic Bookkeeping TasksAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations.
Consult with ClientsProvide ongoing support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Assign and Coordinate ProjectsAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
Plan and Direct Daily OperationsPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
- English Language Proficiency
- 40 Hours per Week
