About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kumon - Brandon. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Office Activities

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Develop and Implement Office Procedures

Establish and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage Administrative Tasks

Assist with scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and performing data entry tasks.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all records and documents are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.

Collaborate with the Marketing Department

Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations.

Consult with Clients

Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Assign and Coordinate Projects

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Plan and Direct Daily Operations

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
  • English Language Proficiency
  • 40 Hours per Week
