Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at LI YANG EXCELLENT SPORTS DEVELOPMENT CO LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within our organization.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
- Equipment: The ability to work remotely with necessary equipment, such as internet and a home office, is required.
- Learning and Training: Opportunities for learning and training paid by the employer.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
