Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, supervising front desk team members, and ensuring smooth operations of the front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Welcome guests and visitors to the front lobby, record their information, and choose a room or rooms for them based on their needs.
  • Team Supervision: Train new staff members, provide ongoing feedback, and help create a positive and motivating team environment.
  • Problem Solving: Coordinate solutions quickly when guests experience problems in their room, work with Housekeeping and/or service staff, and serve as the escalation point for guest issues.
  • Operations: Coordinate with management to ensure smooth Front Office operations, problem solve on the spot, and report technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Special Requests: Make arrangements for special requests, VIP accommodations, and distribute VIP lists to appropriate departments.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience working at a hotel front desk
  • 1 year of experience working at the supervisory level
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in Opera is an asset
  • Responsible problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail, even when under pressure
  • Organized and able to successfully complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing a team
