Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including handling reservations and payments
  • Provide guests with information about the resort and its facilities
  • Take room reservations and perform cashier duties
  • Handle telephone and fax messages for guests
  • Coordinate special services such as laundry and room service
  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, ownership, and employees
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Guest service experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
