Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of hotel policies and procedures.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the surrounding area.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
- Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and services as required.
- Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English language proficiency is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
