Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and documents
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
