We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including receiving and forwarding telephone and electronic enquiries, working on reports from manual and electronic files, and sorting, processing, and verifying applications and documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including receiving and forwarding telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • File material in storage areas
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
Requirements:

  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
