Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • File material in storage areas
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • High school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
