Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our service users to provide high-quality care and support, tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a residential setting, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our service users and their families.
- Provide practical and emotional support, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and health and hygiene needs.
- Engage in activities and outings that promote social interaction, creativity, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.

We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support. Essential qualifications include a good general education, honesty, reliability, and a commitment to our organization's values. Desirable qualifications include a relevant qualification in social care, previous experience in a care setting, and knowledge of equal opportunities and regulatory frameworks.
