Job Summary:

The In-Room Dining Captain is a key member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our In-Room Dining department. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, including staff supervision and training
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control initiatives

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a food and beverage department
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
