About the Role:
The Bell Captain is a key member of our team, responsible for assisting guests with luggage during their arrival and departure experience. This role requires a high level of hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience, knowledge of hotel computer systems, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Make necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms
- Extend guidance and training to bell persons
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience required
- Knowledge of hotel computer systems and programs (Opera)
- College/University degree
- Fluent English (written, spoken, and reading)
- Strong crisis management skills
- Strong commitment to service

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
