About the Role:
The Bell Captain is a vital member of our team, responsible for assisting guests with luggage during their arrival and departure experience. This role requires a high level of hospitality, as you will be interacting with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Make necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms
- Extend guidance and training to bell persons
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a superior guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience required
- Knowledge of or experience with hotel computer systems and programs (Opera)
- College/University degree
- Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
- Strong crisis management skills
- Strong commitment to service
- Ability to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
