About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members and ensuring that our restaurant operates at the highest level of quality and service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Inspire and motivate a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Ensure that the restaurant is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
    • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner


Requirements

  • Leadership Experience
    • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Problem-Solving Skills
    • Ability to assess and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
