- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
