Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Track and manage our revenue and labour costs, making adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Supervise and train our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for our food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 44 hours per week.
