We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing the employee weekly schedule, conducting interviews and hiring individuals who will help grow the restaurant, and providing leadership and coaching to both full-time and part-time staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's profit and loss statements in collaboration with the regional director.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of culinary and service staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
