Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Optimize Restaurant Operations

Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Manage Budget and Financials

Oversee the development and management of the restaurant's budget, ensuring that financial goals are met and exceeded.

Lead and Develop Team Members

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Ensure Health and Safety Standards

Implement and maintain high standards of health and safety in the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Manage Suppliers and Inventory

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and quality for food and other essential supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.

Drive Marketing and Sales Initiatives

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue, working closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's brand and offerings.

Monitor and Improve Customer Experience

Regularly review customer feedback and implement changes to improve the overall dining experience, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of Restaurant Management Experience
  • Proven Track Record of Success in Restaurant Operations
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Analyze and Interpret Financial Data
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
