Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and food quality to ensure optimal profitability.
    • Ensure that all restaurant staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve inventory turnover.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Language
      • Fluent in English.
    • Work Schedule
      • 44 hours per week.
