About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and maintain efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.

Inventory Management and Quality Control

Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring quality control standards are met and exceeded.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, fostering a positive dining experience.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting comprehensive reports as required.

Culinary Knowledge and Expertise

Possess in-depth knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Team Supervision and Assembly

Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Work Environment and Hours

Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a 35-hour workweek and adhering to the company's work language, English.
