As a Business Development Representative at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Benefits Solutions strategy by creating and maintaining Group Contracts for our clients. Key Responsibilities- Create new Group Policy Contracts and Employee Booklets, as well as generate any Amendments or Extra Contractual Letters required
- Input plan design details into the GBS Vantage system
- Collaborate with internal partners and team members to ensure work is completed within SLAs
- Manage high volumes and prioritize and reprioritize assigned tasks
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
- Support the Group New Business Ops team with any other associated tasks, as required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in a high volume/high intensity customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with French documents
- Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple systems effectively and efficiently
- Bilingual in French and English written
- Post-secondary education (i.e. community college, university preferred)

- Any experience with Hot Docs, GBS Vantage, or GBS Workflow
