We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Randstad North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
- 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
