Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Policy Officer to join our team at Edgelink Communications Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide expert advice to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement communication strategies that promote HR policies and programs
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in human resources policy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Reliability and attention to detail
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
