Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Policy Officer to join our team at Edgelink Communications Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement human resources policies and procedures that support business objectives.
  • Policy Implementation: Work closely with managers and employees to ensure effective communication and understanding of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales that support fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Employee Data Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions and support business intelligence.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote HR policies and programs to employees and management.
  • Senior Management Support: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in a policy development and implementation role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
