Position Summary:

We are seeking a Regional Administrator to support our Residential division. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and play a crucial part in the administrative functions of the assigned area. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the efficient operation of our property management offices while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for team members, residents, and potential tenants, providing essential information and support.
  • Manage and oversee purchase orders, bank transactions, security deposits, and utility bill validations.
  • Ensure timely handling of maintenance requests and accurate data entry into property management software.
  • Conduct audits of work orders and maintain resident files with up-to-date contact information.
  • Prepare various office communications, including notices related to rent adjustments and tenant concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members in meetings focused on operational updates and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the leasing process, including reviewing applications and preparing lease agreements.
  • Perform audits related to tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the receivables process, including managing collections and assisting with tenant appointments.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in property management is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Acts across various regions is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Yardi software is required.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within diverse teams.
  • Must provide a clear criminal record check.
  • Fluency in English is essential for all communications.
