- Assist with the planning and execution of guest activities and events
- Ensure that all guest facilities and amenities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Monitor and report on guest feedback and concerns to the management team

- Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic
- Support the management team in achieving operational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of guest services

- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure that all needs are met

- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- First Aid certification
- Valid Class 5 license
- Liquor serving certification (valid) - NWT preferred, but other Canadian regions accepted
