About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at D&D Investments Corp. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the management team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
