Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Village Inn-Elora. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operation of the hotel.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal productivity and guest satisfaction.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Staff ManagementCo-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
Training and DevelopmentHire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supply Chain ManagementRequisition materials and supplies to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not required.
Personal QualitiesAttention to detail, organized, and a team player are essential qualities for this role.
Work ConditionsOvertime may be required, and the work term is permanent.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language required for this role.
Hours30 hours per week.
