Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Financial Management: Assist in planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including greeting visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas, and answering electronic enquiries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with a large workload.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
