Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on casino services, events, and promotions.
  • Make clear and concise announcements over the public address system.
  • Solicit and enroll new gaming customers into the Encore Rewards program.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service.
  • Conduct guests to other areas as requested and conduct facility tours.
  • Respond to and resolve guest issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, with gaming experience an asset.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Commitment to continually increase knowledge of products and services to offer exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication.

Work Environment Considerations

  • Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, some exposure to the elements, and some exposure to noise.
  • Non-traditional work hours.
