Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Elements Casino Grand River. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including licensing laws and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and grooming standards
  • Build strong relationships with guests and team members
  • Conduct facility tours and respond to guest inquiries
  • Resolve issues and escalate as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience; gaming experience an asset
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Work Environment

  • Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, some exposure to the elements, some exposure to noise, non-traditional work hours
