We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2819443 Ontario Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, ensuring our financial resources are utilized effectively.
- Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, multitask, and be organized, with a quick learning ability.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
