Food Service Manager

At Janu Dev Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our operations.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights into our food service operations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Proven track record of supervising and coordinating staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
