Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Fair Waves Coffee Inc. This role involves overseeing the sales operations within a designated region, ensuring that our sales strategies align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Budget Oversight: Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures effectively.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to convey promotional messages to the sales force.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate strategic initiatives related to the introduction of new product lines.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures pertaining to sales operations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide the sales team in fostering relationships with business clients and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Sales Operations Management: Organize and oversee regional and divisional sales activities.
  • Departmental Evaluation: Plan, direct, and assess the performance of sales departments across various sectors.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and manage sales personnel.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review various projects and programs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage events related to sales initiatives.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain and organize inventory efficiently.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work as part of a team of professionals focused on client engagement.
  • Operational Recommendations: Suggest operational changes to meet production goals.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily sales operations.
  • Procedure Establishment: Develop and implement operational procedures.
Qualifications
  • Legal Work Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Employment Duration: This is a permanent position.
  • Working Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 32 hours per week.
