Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast and Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets for network security solutions.

  • Meet Performance Standards: Consistently meet daily performance standards in calls, orders, sell time, and quotas.
  • Resolve Pricing Discrepancies: Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Position Network Security Products: Effectively position network security products to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage Return Authorizations: Process return authorizations and liaise with vendors on promotions and pricing.
  • Identify New Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and assist with sales initiatives.
  • Develop Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Manage Customer Expectations: Manage customer expectations and promote TD SYNNEX as a value-add.
  • Stay Informed: Stay informed on the competitive landscape and pricing structures.
Requirements
  • 2-5 Years of Sales Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in network security solutions.
  • Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education in sales/marketing preferred.
  • Desirable Skills: Strong desire to learn and adapt, proficient in inventory management and sales forecasting, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a team and occasionally extend working hours.
Compensation and Benefits

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The average compensation for this role is $60,000.00-$70,000.00.
