Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a proven track record in sales or a related field. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional service to customers throughout their buying experience
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
    • Serve as an advocate for Westminster Toyota, promoting our values and products
    • Navigate and utilize various computer programs to facilitate sales
    • Consult with customers to determine the best course of action for their needs
    • Maintain a working knowledge of Toyota products and recommend them to customers
    • Participate in training and welcome feedback to continuously improve performance
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
    • Maintain a clean and organized sales area
