About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Joy Farm Market. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
