Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Director of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
