About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Food Dudes Restaurant Group Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profitability.
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with business goals.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure.
