The College of New Caledonia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Associate Vice-President Students. This position plays a critical role in shaping the student experience and ensuring the college's commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement, retention, and academic success.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for student services, including academic advising, counseling, and student life programs.
  • Develop and manage budgets to support student services and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including community organizations and government agencies, to promote student success and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as higher education administration, student affairs, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student affairs or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and program development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
